Seattle King County Public Health needed to train county employees so that they will be prepared to take on unfamiliar roles during public health emergencies. The training need to engage a non-expert audience and be accessible to all employees regardless of ability. The resulting lesson would be an part of the county's new NeoGov online training platform. I developed the training with a focus on key areas for emergency preparedness, producing video interviews that captured the knowhow of public health experts. Iworked closely with SMEs to translate complex information into engaging content. Their work involved script development, storyboarding, video production, and integration with the county's learning management system. Graphics produced for the training gave strong visual clues of inclusiveness and function.
